One group of boys was playing football, and they made this rule that if the leader (which was the bully, in this case) touches the ball, he scores a point. "So how do we score points?" Apparently, there was no way. A brave boy attempted to score a point later by touching the football, but all he got was a shove and "YOU'RE SO DUMB."
When I was in elementary there was that one bully in my group of friends too. I wonder, why didn't we say anything? Why didn't we just simply NOT hang out with them... and then he/she would have no one to bully! Right? But no, we never did "abandon" the mean one. As with the boys today, they were being tossed around and yelled at by someone the same age as them.. yet they stayed. What is it about bullies that make us stay? Is it fear?
Haha, this was interesting to think about the whole way home.
